- Must be female
- Between 33-40 years old
- At least 3 years as an Operations Manager or any title with the same capacity
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong leadership, customer-relations and can solve problems in real time
- High comfort level working in a diverse environment
- Must have excellent planning, leading, controlling, guiding, and implementing skills
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to work well with the team
